Moda DAO

Moda DAO are composed of $MODA holders. We build Moda Network in an open and decentralized manner and provide $MODA governance rewards to encourage community members to participate in protocol governance.

Moda DAO members can initiate MODA Improvement Proposals and vote to improve products, decide trading fees, decide how to use Ecosystem Fund and DAO Treasury, etc.

Moda DAO's daily affairs, proposal execution and DAO Treasury are managed by the DAO Executive Committee, which is composed of 5 community members, and authorized by 3/5 multi-signature wallets.

The Executive Committee is initially composed of the founding team of Moda Network. As the Moda community grows, power will be transferred to community members who have made outstanding contributions to the Moda Network and have a high reputation in the Moda community.
